Ena Uda was born in Japan, raised in Ehime (countryside). She started dancing ballet and singing at the age of 4. When she graduated high school (the age of 18), she moved to London and started to study Drama. She has trained at Central School of Speech and Drama for a year and graduated Goldsmiths, University of London BA Drama and Theatre Arts. She worked at Smart Live Gaming as presenter for 3 years in London. She is currently based in Tokyo working as an actress and acting in international productions. Ena is also a riding huge motor bike. Year of 2020 She has been appointed to the official city celebration MC of the team CoCa-Cola Tokyo 2020 Olympics Torch Relay!!
18歳まで愛媛で育ち、学外ではクラシックバレエに明け暮れる。高校卒業と同時に英国に渡英。語学学校、Central School of Speeh and Drama を経て、2012年英国 ゴールドスミスロンドン大学演劇科にて演劇論などを4年学ぶ。
在英中は、Smart LiveGaming社においてSky TVなどのオンラインカジノ番組の司会を3年半務める。 2016年11月25歳で帰国。 イギリスで経た経験を元に日本では、 Toriアクティングコーチを師事し、Tori Studioにて日々世界に通用する芝居キャリアを築いた。
2020年は内閣府世界青年の船日本代表、東京オリンピックCocaColaシティセレブレーションMCに就任。
近年では、 圧倒的なコミュニケーション能力でシチュエーションに応じて、声質、スピード、雰囲気等、アドリブにも
臨機応変に対応し、スムーズなバイリンガルMC、レポーターとしても定評があり、ナレーターとしても聞きやすい声質をいかしナレーションを行っている。
